We guarantee we will ship but cannot be held liable for Fed Ex Services. If you do not receive your order on time due to Fed Ex disruptions, Fed Ex will only refund the amount of shipping and only if they are found negligible. They will not refund if delivery is delayed by weather, airport delays, acts of God or circumstances they cannot control.
